The function of parking space management is implemented in the web service svisitom.ru as part of the entry and entrance control module (ACS) for:

Preparation and first steps
Configure the system remotely
- Add the site and employees in the go2visit.de web service. Configure the parking management with the license plate recognition feature (ANPR).
- Connect ViCAR and ViPORT devices to the site for license plate recognition and barrier control.
- Optionally connect the Payment System module.
Parking lot entry
- Upon recognizing the license plate number when entering the parking lot, the system automatically registers the license plate number of the car in the electronic log and creates an electronic entry ticket with the parameters preset in the ACS module of the web service.
- Optionally, the function of operative approval by the operator and notification of the Security Service upon issuance of the pass is available.
Parking lot exit
- Based on the license plate number of the vehicle, the parking time limit is checked when leaving the parking lot. If the preset free parking time is exceeded, the exit of the vehicle is automatically blocked.
- The release of the exit is possible in the operating mode of the staff or in the automatic mode after registration of the payment in the Payment System by QR code on a smartphone or tablet terminal.
- All data on the activities of the personnel and the system are recorded in the ACS logbook.

How does it work?
The operating principle of the system is based on web technologies, with access to the user interface through a web browser. The installation of the software on the client's servers is possible upon request.
The setup and management of the system, the operation of the system by employees, the processing of personal and operational data, and the work with statistics are performed remotely via a web browser on an office PC or a mobile device, taking into account the access rights of users.
The security of the transmission of operational data and the security of personal data is ensured by the encryption of communication channels using https protocols and SSL certificates. The security of the systems is confirmed by the operational experience of large financial institutions.

- The artificial intelligence of ViCAR checks license plates for access rights through streams and sends switching commands to the relay
- ViPORT relay device automatically controls gate or barrier opening times and stores them in the system database
Barrier control when vehicles enter the parking garage is performed both by number recognition and by remote control of the operator.
The system enables both control of entry points on the premises and access to internal parking spaces. The Directional Routing function allows to subdivide nested parking sectors with access restrictions and determines the direction of movement of vehicles.
The QR code on the driver's mobile device or in printed form can serve as a backup factor for access control.
The use of QR codes is useful for vehicles with time-limited passes (multiple driving permits), as well as in the case of illegible license plates, e.g. for motorcycles and special vehicles.

- Selection of the access point and the receiver with the possibility of tariff differentiation depending on the parking sector.
