Start in 3 steps
Configure the system
  • Create your site. Add rooms & access points. Assign the functional roles to the host, tenants & visitors. Add parking/loading/unloading areas.
  • Connect the ViPORT device for license plate recognition and gate control.
  • If necessary, add the API-integration module for ACS.
Create a permit
  • The applicant remotely asks for an entry permit, specifies the vehicle number.
  • The host/ administration agree on the application and issue the entry permit.
  • The driver will be notified by a smartphone and/or provided with a printed QR permit.
Entrance
  • When the car arrives, the system recognizes the number and opens the gate.
  • Entry and exit data are recorded in the logbook.
  • The host is notified of the arrival of the vehicle.
