How does the recognition system work?

ViCAR enables both autonomous operation and integration with information systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, and access controls via APIs. In conjunction with the web service go2visit.de, for example, it is able to manage visitors, guests and company vehicles online.

Recognition is carried out in real-time from the video streams of the cameras at the entrance and exit on a dedicated mini-PC. The ViPORT device also records the time of opening or closing functions. The management remotely adds vehicle licence plates to the white and black lists, including by importing excel spreadsheets.
